On Wednesday, the EIU International University organized a solidarity vigil with the Palestinian people titled "With Gaza... We will not accept the shame of betrayal, no matter the crimes of aggression." This vigil affirmed the steadfastness and firmness of Yemen's jihadist stance in support of Gaza and Palestine, as it is the correct, faithful stance that all members of the nation should share. The vigil was led by the university's Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, and Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, with the participation of university members, including deans of colleges, academic and administrative staff, and a large crowd of students.
In the context of this sincere and just stance, dictated by the faith and moral values of the Yemeni people, the UAE University members declared that they have always been and will remain committed to their Palestinian brothers and their just cause, regardless of the challenges and the sacrifices made by the Yemenis.
The participation of university members in the weekly vigils represents a clear expression of the popular stance supporting the approach of jihad and resistance in defense of the nation's causes and sanctities, in support of the oppressed, and in annoyance of the enemies and their conspirators, who claim to be part of the Arab nation but are aligned with its enemy.
During the vigil, the members of the Emirates International University expressed their pride and appreciation for the wise and sincere leadership that is leading the Ansar people forward on the path of pride and dignity, having transformed Yemen into a free and independent country that rejects defeat, injustice, and subjugation.
A statement issued at the vigil emphasized that all the events and developments during the nearly two years of aggression on Gaza have proven that the option of confronting the Zionist enemy and jihad in the cause of God, emanating from the spirit of God's Book, the Holy Quran, was the most correct and wise, and that any other concessions to this enemy are worthless and only lead to loss and deterioration.
The statement added, "Therefore, we reaffirm our steadfastness and adherence to God's path, our continued holy jihad against the criminal Zionist enemy, our support and backing for Gaza and its beloved resistance, our confrontation of the equation of desecration, and our standing in the face of the enemy with all our strength and steadfastness, relying on God, trusting in Him, and having confidence in Him until we achieve the great victory and promised conquest, God willing."
The statement saluted the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and blessed the recent military operations of the Palestinian resistance, guided by God's grace, which humiliated the Zionist enemy and demonstrated its failure to achieve any notable victory despite the crimes and genocide it has committed.
It also blessed the escalating operations of the armed forces, which humiliated the Zionist enemy and achieved their goals, by God's grace, surpassing the most advanced American and Israeli air defense systems. These operations proved that there is no other solution for this criminal entity to stop these operations except to halt the aggression and lift the siege on Gaza. It also blessed every operation in support of the Palestinian people from all the individuals and men of the nation.
The statement warned, "The Saudi regime, along with the Americans and British, and anyone who dares to get involved in an attempt to protect the Zionist enemy's navigation in support of its aggression against Gaza, will only reap defeat and loss, as happened before. They will also reap nothing but shame, disgrace, and scandal before the entire world by supporting the killers of women and children and the Zionist Jewish war criminals. We will confront them with greater force than ever before, God willing."
