A Renewed Academic Start: Launch of the Second Semester for First-Year Students in the Colleges of Engineering and Administrative and Financial Sciences

In a vibrant and ambitious academic atmosphere, the Emirates International University launched the second semester of the 1447 AH academic year (2025-2026 CE) for first-year students in the Colleges of Engineering and Administrative and Financial Sciences this morning, Saturday. The launch was attended by the University President, Dr. Khalid Ahmed Salah; the Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani; the Secretary General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash; the Dean of the Development and Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi; the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Ibrahim Fara’a; the Dean of the College of Management, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali; the Director of the President's Office, Mr. Adnan Al-Wada’i; the Public Relations Officer, Mr. Osama Nour El-Din; and a number of department heads and faculty members.
During his tour of several classrooms, the university president welcomed the students, emphasizing the university's commitment to providing a comprehensive, high-quality education that combines academic rigor with practical application and keeps pace with the latest scientific advancements. This contributes to building the student's academic and professional character and prepares them for the demands of the job market.
Dr. Khaled Salah also commended the efforts of the college leaders and faculty members in creating a stimulating learning environment that enhances the quality of educational outcomes and instills values of discipline and excellence from the earliest stages of the university journey.
This launch is part of the university's vision to ensure a strong and organized start to the second semester and to enhance the efficiency of the educational process across all colleges and disciplines, reflecting the prestigious position and leadership of the Emirates International University in developing higher education.
