Emirates International University Launches Preparations for Student Training Week

In a display of academic responsibility and national duty, Emirates International University held an extensive consultative meeting today, Wednesday, with its academic and administrative leaders to prepare for the launch of its student training week. This year's event is designed as a comprehensive educational and awareness-raising program, linking awareness building with skills enhancement, and reflecting the university's commitment to its academic mission and its role in addressing the issues facing the nation.
The meeting was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, the Secretary General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, the Dean of Quality, deans of colleges, heads of academic departments, and directors of relevant departments. Participants discussed the training themes, implementation mechanisms, and ways to ensure the highest levels of effectiveness and excellence.
The training week includes “Al-Aqsa Flood – Level Two” courses for all university students across various colleges, in addition to specialized scientific courses aimed at enhancing students’ skills and raising their academic and intellectual readiness. This excludes first-year students in the Colleges of Medicine and Dentistry, who will continue their regular academic programs.
This “Al-Aqsa Flood – Level Two” training program comes in response to the call of His Majesty the King (may God protect him) for the continuation of mobilization activities, and within the framework of the national campaign to support Al-Aqsa and the Palestinian people. It reflects the university’s educational and awareness-raising role and its responsibility to promote awareness of just causes and instill values of belonging and identity.
Through this collaborative preparation, the Emirates International University continues its pioneering role in preparing conscious, active students capable of shouldering their responsibilities towards their homeland and nation, and of confidently moving towards a future worthy of the sacrifices of the free.
