The Emirates International University witnessed a distinguished start to the second semester of the 1447 AH academic year (2025-2026) this morning, Saturday, November 22, 2025, in the Colleges of Medicine and Health Sciences and Dentistry, for second-year students and above. The remarkable student turnout reflected a strong desire to continue their academic and practical excellence.
The University President, Professor Dr. Khaled Salah, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Professor Dr. Saleh Al-Dhaheri, and the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Al-Shami, toured the classrooms, meeting with students and offering them words of encouragement. He emphasized that the beginning of each semester is a new opportunity to achieve academic and professional accomplishments befitting their future careers in the medical field.
During his address to the students, the university president emphasized the importance of discipline and active participation in all scientific and clinical activities, affirming the university's ongoing commitment to developing its educational environment at all levels.
The visit concluded with an emphasis on the student's role in achieving excellence through diligence, perseverance, and participation in applied and clinical training programs, which form the cornerstone of their professional paths in medicine and dentistry.
