In continuation of the steadfast position of the Brotherhood of Truth in Yemen, a nation of faith and wisdom, in their support and backing of Gaza and Palestine, and in response to the call of the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the Emirates International University organized a solidarity stand with the Palestinian people under the slogan "Continuing to support Gaza and confront the Zionist violation of the nation."
Participants in the stand, led by the university's vice president, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, deans of colleges, academic and administrative staff, and a crowd of students, renewed their mandate to the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and affirmed the Yemeni people's readiness to implement all options they choose, to wage the battle of "the promised victory and holy jihad," and to confront the enemies of the nation and humanity, as well as their supporters and tools, until victory is achieved.
The participants condemned the continued genocide perpetrated by the Israeli-American enemy against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the comprehensive destruction and demolition of cities and residential neighborhoods, and the devastation of all aspects of life. They also condemned the ongoing violations of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, in full view of the entire world.
They praised the heroic operations carried out by the heroes of the Palestinian resistance and their unparalleled bravery, high effectiveness, and advanced performance against the Zionist enemy on the battlefield.
The UAE University members condemned the silence of many Arab and Islamic regimes regarding the events in Gaza and Palestine, and the escalation of Israeli attacks on Lebanon and Syria, with American participation. This is part of the American and Israeli enemy's perpetuation of the blatant violation of the Arab and Islamic nation without any response.
They renewed the call for all peoples of the nation to take serious and practical action to take a strong stance against the threats targeting them, to reject humiliation and surrender to the American and Israeli enemy, and to confront the Zionist plan aimed at violating the Arab and Islamic nation, confiscating its freedom, independence, and holy sites, and occupying its homelands.
The participants affirmed the Yemeni people's continued resolve, faith, and steadfastness to stand alongside their brothers in Palestine, and to carry the banner of jihad and resistance in the face of the Zionist-American enemy's schemes targeting the nation, its people, and its holy sites.
A statement issued by the rally, delivered by Dr. Khaled Daifallah, emphasized: "We will continue to support Gaza and confront the Zionist assault on the nation." Aware of our religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibility, we continue our weekly million-person march tirelessly, without boredom, or slackening, in response to God Almighty, striving for His sake, seeking His pleasure, and fearing His threats and punishment, in support of the oppressed Muslim Palestinian people and in the face of the Zionist assault on our Arab and Islamic nation.
He reiterated the Yemeni people's firm and unwavering stand in confronting the crimes and schemes of the Zionist and American enemies in the region, foremost among which is the complete subjugation of the peoples of our region. He added, "The enemies must know that if they are able to subjugate the entire world, we—by God's will and power—will not submit or yield. We will move without fear, without fatigue, and without boredom to confront all their schemes. We are absolutely confident in the victory of God Almighty."
The statement affirmed the continuation of the integrated official and popular stance with Gaza and all of Palestine, people and resistance, in confronting the crimes of the Zionist enemy entity, fully supported by America. Operations will continue until the aggression stops and the siege on Gaza is lifted.
The statement praised the success of the recent naval operations, which achieved deterrence, confirmed the complete and official closure of the Umm al-Rashrash port, and shattered and dispelled any illusions about the ability to break the Yemeni siege on this port. All of this was achieved thanks to God's grace and His assistance to the mujahideen of our armed forces.
The statement said, "On the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the great jihadist leader, Muhammad al-Deif, the commander-in-chief of the Qassam Brigades, we renew to him and to his fellow martyrs—in Palestine and on all fronts of jihad, pride, and dignity—our promise and pledge that we will carry their banner and will not abandon it, God willing, until we meet God." The statement called on the peoples of the nation to draw inspiration from these martyred leaders for the highest values of humanity, sacrifice, and devotion for the sake of God, and to adhere to the Book of God, fear Him, hope in Him, and arm themselves with awareness and insight.
The march's statement emphasized, "We, the faithful and aware Yemeni people, have been guided by God to persevere and defeat the most powerful armies of tyranny in the world, based on these principles. This is the correct path to pride and dignity, freedom and independence, and true construction and development. While some have believed that confrontation is difficult and dangerous, reality and facts have proven that confronting falsehood is the path to victory and the cause of divine support. Submission and prostration to falsehood are even more difficult and dangerous, and they certainly lead only to humiliation and loss in this world and the hereafter."
