Launch of Graduation Project Discussions for Architectural Engineering Students at the Emirates International University for the Academic Year 1446 AH

This morning, Wednesday, the College of Engineering at the Emirates International University launched the discussion of graduation projects for Architectural Engineering students for the academic year 1446 AH (2024–2025 AD). The discussion took place in a scientific and academic atmosphere that reflects the high-quality education students receive at the university.
The launch was attended by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, who praised the quality of the submitted architectural projects in his speech. He emphasized the university's commitment to developing an academic environment that encourages creativity and innovation and provides students with the skills that qualify them to enter the job market with confidence and competence.
The Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, also delivered a speech in which he highlighted the prominent role that graduation projects play in embodying students' knowledge and skills. He highlighted the college's commitment to providing quality education that contributes to building engineering cadres capable of keeping pace with rapid developments in the field of architecture and design.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Yafa'a, Head of the Department of Architecture, explained that the first day witnessed the discussion of 15 projects ranging from architectural designs for educational institutions, community centers, and multi-use buildings. This reflects the students' awareness of community needs and their ability to provide innovative and realistic design solutions.
The discussion sessions were attended by several members of the evaluation committee and academic supervisors of the projects, including Dr. Wael Al-Aghbari, Dr. Ashraf Al-Kabsi, Dr. Ali Al-Ghazali, and Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Amri. They praised the quality of the outputs and the students' presentation and analytical skills.
Discussions of the graduation projects are scheduled to continue until tomorrow, Thursday, as part of the university's commitment to promoting quality academic practices and highlighting the results of years of hard work, diligence, and practical training that students receive during their educational journey at the university.
