Student Artistic Ceremony to Farewell the Eighth Class of the Future from Several Engineering Specialties

Students from the Chemical Engineering and Architectural and Civil Engineering Departments at the College of Engineering and Information Technology at the university today organized a student art ceremony to bid farewell to the "Future Class," the eighth class of the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD). The ceremony was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani; the Dean of the College, Dr. Ibrahim Farea; the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Dr. Hani Damaj; the Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Amri; the Head of the Information Technology Department, Dr. Farouq Al-Fahidi; the Activities Officer, Engineer Osama Saleh Hazam; and a number of academic and administrative staff from the college.
At the opening ceremony, the Dean of the College, Dr. Ibrahim Faraj, welcomed all attendees and participants and congratulated the graduating class, who carried the message of the future. He expressed the university's pride in its students across all colleges.
The student arts celebration featured a number of speeches and artistic performances expressing the celebrants' solidarity and support for the Palestinian cause. The celebration also honored students with certificates of appreciation, as well as the university staff participating in the celebration, the Alumni Club, and the University Student Forum.
