Design and implementation of coffee sifting machine
It is a machine that sorts and sieves coffee beans according to the required sizes through sieves with a vibration mechanism.
The mechanical part of the machine, which is the bran, has been completed, and also work has been done on plans and designs for 5 conveyor lines to operate the machine automatically.
Advantages: The price is competitive with imported prices to break the monopoly - Easy to maintain - Quality of materials used.
Its importance: Facilitating work for farmers and coffee merchants - increasing coffee production to support the national economy.
Its applications: screening and sorting coffee beans and any other type of grain by changing the sieves only.
The project is the work of students: Muhammad Al-Akhali, Amr Al-Akhali, and Laith Al-Obali. The project is supervised by Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi and Dr. Radwan Al-Budhaji. The discussion committee: Dr. Muhammad Al-Alfi, Dr. Farouk Al-Fahidi, Dr. Hisham Aklan, Dr. Muhammad Al-Khawlani, Professor Saad Al-Balta, and Professor Muhammad Osama.
