The Deputy Minister of Higher Education inaugurates the Scientific Week to discuss student graduation research at the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences

The Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Sharaf El-Din, accompanied by the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kamim, the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Fuad Hanash, and the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, inaugurated today, Sunday, the Scientific Week to discuss the graduation research of students of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the university.
During the intensification, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education praised the university's steps and its endeavor to achieve leadership and excellence academically and in research, and to improve educational performance and for its students to obtain advanced positions in scientific competitions.
He stressed that the preparation of a research map for the Republic of Yemen has been completed by the Innovation Authority and directed to address the country's developmental needs and meet the requirements of the labor market, and it will be distributed to universities soon.
Dr. Ali Sharaf El-Din stated that the research map, of which he is the head of its committee, included research titles for all levels (Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate), and classified them on the basis of "ABC." To facilitate the task of graduate and postgraduate students in choosing the titles of their research in the service of development and the labor market.
The Deputy Minister of Higher Education had listened to an explanation from the President of the University, Dr. Najeeb Al-Kamim, and the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Fouad Hanash, about the objectives of the Scientific Week to motivate students to review their various scientific research in the fields of "economics, management, finance, marketing and accounting", which serve the requirements of development and the labor market and present the results of Present their research to faculty members and researchers. Noting that the university will continue its journey to achieve its vision and strategic plan 2020-2025 AD.
In turn, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, praised the students’ efforts in preparing their research, stressing the university’s support and encouragement for scientific research, and striving to provide the necessary capabilities for students to advance scientific research at the university.
The inauguration of the scientific week was also attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Saleh Al Dhaheri, the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, a number of department heads, faculty members and their assistants in the college, the Secretary-General of the University Student Forum, Eng. Osama Saleh Hizam, and a number of students and parents.
