The conclusion of the field training for students of the fourth level Mechatronics Engineering Department at the Amran Cement Factory

Today, Wednesday, the training program for students of the fourth level - Mechatronics Engineering Department at the university in the Amran Cement Factory, which was implemented during the past two weeks, was concluded. During the field training, the students were introduced to three areas: Production, electricity and maintenance within the applications of the PLC (Programmable Logic Control) program. During the training, the students applied the following courses: - Industrial Process Control. - Programmable Logic Controller. The Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology at the university, Dr. Amin Aqlan and the coordinator of the training program, Engineer Zaid Moghram, organized a visit to the trainee students in the factory, where they witnessed the distribution of certificates to the trainees. Then the Dean presented the Emirates International University shield to the people in charge of the Imran Cement Factory, which was received by the deputy director of the factory, Sheikh Muhammad Mohsen Al-Suraimi. Certificates of thanks and appreciation were also delivered from the university to the trainers and engineers supervising the various units in the factory. The Dean of the College of Engineering, on behalf of the university, extended thanks and appreciation to the people in charge of the Imran Cement Factory, and praised the efforts made by the administrative and engineering team in the factory to facilitate training for university students. The trainee students expressed their thanks and gratitude to all the administrative and engineering staff in the factory and to those in charge of the College of Engineering and Information Technology at the university. This meeting was attended by Brother Khaled Yahya Jaadan, Director of the Training and Rehabilitation Institute at the factory.
