Job Vacancy... Job Title: Dean's Secretary Administration: Deanship of the College Responsible to: Dean of the College Job objective: To assist in organizing, arranging and facilitating the educational process in his field of specialization and the department to which he is affiliated, and to carry out all the tasks and work of the college. Duties and Job Duties: • Organizing and scheduling appointments and following them up. • Follow up the implementation of the instructions and decisions of the College Council and the Dean of the College • Receiving and archiving information and data from different departments • Receive complaints from students, visitors and faculty members and submit them to the Deanship of the College. • Coordination to hold meetings of the college. • Responding to students' and visitors' inquiries about the college and its affiliated departments. • Receiving visitors and delegations hosted by the college. • Coordination with the university's website to publish the most important decisions in the college after coordination with the dean of the college. • Receive and distribute mail - and follow up on incoming and outgoing mail. • Arranging the Dean's meetings with the Dean's staff or internal and external visitors. • Save, organize and archive files. • Carrying out writing, printing, copying and archiving. • Doing any work assigned to it by the direct supervisor. Required qualifications: • Bachelor of Business Administration. • English language courses • Computer courses Skills: • At least one year of experience working for universities. • Accuracy and organization in work. • The ability to act and solve problems.
