Job title: secretarial Administration: Finance Responsible to: Chief Financial Officer Job objective: Organizing and arranging financial department correspondence and all incoming and outgoing transactions, as well as following up on tasks and costs. Duties and Job Duties: - Coordination of meeting schedules, business, daily and weekly tasks. Edit and review all outgoing correspondence. - Maintaining reports, decisions, directives and various circulars related to the administration. Archiving all documents and registration of the financial department. - Organizing and scheduling transactions, requests and reports received by the administration. Qualifications: Bachelor of Management/Diploma Experience: At least three years' experience in secretarial work the language: - Arabia - English Other requirements: - Excellent management and leadership skills Ability to communicate and direct.
