In an academic setting reflecting the depth of the educational vision and the quality of its outcomes, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the Emirates International University in Sana'a witnessed the discussion of a unique graduation project by students from the Department of International Business Administration. The project, titled:

“The Role of Creative Leadership in Achieving Organizational Excellence – A Case Study of the Emirates International University,” fulfills the requirements for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. It embodies a true model of integration between theoretical knowledge and practical application, and affirms the ability of the university's students to produce valuable scientific research that addresses contemporary administrative issues.

The project was prepared by a distinguished group of students: Khulood Wadhah Al-Zumar, Tahani Hamoud Al-Zumar, Kifah Adel Huwais, Hakima Mohsen Amer, Maram Abdo Al-Hamam, and Hajar Yasser Al-Hamam, under the supervision of Dr. Jabr Al-Sunbani, whose academic expertise guided this research towards advanced levels of quality and professionalism.

The discussion committee consisted of Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, Dean of the College; Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, Head of the Department of International Business Administration; Dr. Jabr Al-Sunbani; and Dr. Amani Al-Safari, a faculty member. All members commended the research's level, scientific methodology, and practical results, which reflect an advanced level of administrative awareness among the students.

The study aimed to analyze the role of creative leadership in achieving organizational excellence within the university, focusing on key dimensions including intellectual motivation, empowerment, and support for innovation, and their impact on strategy, operational efficiency, and beneficiary satisfaction.

The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, relying on field data collected from a random sample of university employees. This data was analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed an average level of both creative leadership and organizational excellence, with "empowerment" emerging as the most influential factor and "operations" as the most important dimension of excellence.

The results also revealed a strong and statistically significant correlation between creative leadership and organizational excellence, confirming that adopting innovative leadership practices directly contributes to improving institutional performance and enhancing the efficiency of the work environment.

This project reflects the advanced level achieved by Emirates International University in providing high-quality education that focuses on building students' research capabilities and analytical skills, keeping pace with labor market demands and enhancing graduates' readiness to actively contribute to institutional development.

The study recommended the necessity of strengthening the culture of creative leadership within educational institutions and providing an environment conducive to innovation, with a focus on empowering human resources, improving institutional processes, and continuously measuring beneficiary satisfaction, thus supporting the achievement of sustainable organizational excellence.
