The Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Emirates International University Discusses a Research Plan on Insurance Company Governance in Yemen

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote scientific research and support graduate studies, the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the Emirates International University held a scientific session on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, to discuss a research plan within the Master of Business Administration program.
The session featured a discussion of the research plan submitted by researcher Sam Aziz Al-Muraisi, entitled: "The Role of Business Process Reengineering in the Governance of Yemeni Insurance Companies in the Capital Governorate - A Field Study." The study addressed one of the most prominent contemporary topics related to developing the business environment and enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance in the insurance sector.
The discussion was held under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, Professor of Business Administration at the Emirates International University, and in the presence of a distinguished scientific committee that included Professor Dr. Zayed Al-Manzoo, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqaf, and Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi.
The session was also attended by Dr. Mohammed Al-Rahbi, the college's academic advisor, along with a number of postgraduate students, in an interactive academic atmosphere that reflected the high level of interest in scientific research and the university's commitment to fostering a culture of knowledge and innovation.
This discussion is part of the Emirates International University's efforts to develop scientific and research personnel capable of contributing to the development of various vital sectors by addressing applied issues that resonate with the local market and explore future institutional development prospects using modern scientific methodologies.
