As part of its academic mission to promote applied scientific research and connect knowledge with institutional reality, the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the Emirates International University held a discussion today, Sunday, of a research plan for the Master of Business Administration program. The plan, submitted by researcher Essam Aziz Taher Abdullah Al-Muraisi, is titled: "The Impact of Dynamic Capabilities on Organizational Excellence in the Yemeni-Egyptian Company for the Manufacture and Trade of Pharmaceuticals – Sana'a."

 

This research comes within the context of the growing interest in enhancing the capabilities of national institutions to adapt, innovate, and confront evolving challenges, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, which represents a fundamental pillar of health security and economic development.

 

The research plan was supervised by Dr. [Name of Supervisor]. Dr. Jabr Abdul Qawi Al-Sunbani, Associate Professor of Business Administration at the Emirates International University, emphasized the importance of the study's topic in his presentation, noting that dynamic capabilities have become one of the most prominent theoretical and practical pillars contributing to achieving and sustaining organizational excellence in contemporary business environments.

 

The discussion was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, who praised the academic level of the researchers in the postgraduate programs, affirming that the university is confidently moving towards establishing a culture of high-quality scientific research that serves societal issues and labor market needs. The Secretary-General of the University, Engineer Mohammed Sharaf Al-Din, was also present, reflecting the university leadership's commitment to supporting postgraduate studies and enhancing the quality of their outcomes.

 

The discussion committee was chaired by Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, with members including Dr. Jabr Abdul Qawi Al-Sunbani, Dr. Abdul Rahman Maneh (external examiner), and Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqaf. Several faculty members from the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences and the researcher's colleagues were also in attendance.

 

 The committee enriched the plan with several valuable scientific observations and methodological guidelines, which will enhance the quality of the study and deepen its analytical dimensions, ensuring the production of sound scientific research that contributes to improving institutional performance in the pharmaceutical industry.
