On Wednesday, members of the Emirates International University held their weekly rally under the slogan “If you return, we will return… and we are ready for the next round.” The rally reaffirmed their steadfast and principled position in support of the Palestinian people and renewed their readiness to confront future challenges, given the ongoing US-backed Israeli aggression against Gaza, the West Bank, and the occupied territories.
A statement issued at the rally, read by Dr. Khaled Dhaifallah, emphasized that the Israeli enemy continues its crimes against the Palestinian people, including the killing of civilians, bloodshed, home demolitions, and the prevention of humanitarian aid from entering Gaza, in addition to the desecration of holy sites. This constitutes a flagrant violation of all international laws and conventions, amidst a shameful international silence, clear impotence from the Security Council and the United Nations, and regrettable inaction from Arab and Islamic regimes.
The statement indicated that the unlimited American support for the Zionist entity is no longer a secret, and that its threatening policies now extend to European countries, targeting their security and economies. This reflects the true face of the American-Israeli project, which disregards the rights, freedom, and independence of peoples.
The participants noted the anxiety and fear expressed by the Zionist entity's representative at the Security Council regarding the slogan "The Cry in the Face of the Arrogant," chanted by the Yemeni people. They affirmed that this slogan, launched by the martyr of the Quran, may God be pleased with him, exposed the falsehood of the Zionist project and revealed its danger to all of humanity.
The gathering reaffirmed the steadfast Yemeni position in support of Gaza and Palestine, the resistance in Lebanon, and the Islamic Republic of Iran. It emphasized that mobilization continues in all its forms, and that readiness is present and prepared to engage in any future round of conflict with the enemies of the nation.
The statement also warned against the psychological and media warfare being waged by the United States at this stage, emphasizing that the deployment of American forces in the region has never been a source of strength, but rather a sign of weakness and impending defeat, as past experiences have demonstrated.
The participants called upon the peoples of the Arab and Islamic world to raise the banner of dignity and freedom, and to adopt practical stances in confronting hegemony, foremost among them boycotting American and Israeli goods, and to familiarize themselves with the culture and methodology of the Quranic project as the true solution for the nation in this critical juncture.
The gathering concluded with a call for spiritual and psychological preparation to welcome the blessed month of Ramadan with a high spirit of jihad, sincere repentance, and a heightened level of awareness and security consciousness, and to confront all conspiracies targeting the home front, affirming steadfastness and resilience until victory is achieved.
