The Deanship of Graduate Studies at the University Discusses a Master's Thesis Proposal on Entrepreneurial Leadership and its Role in Green Innovation

The Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Emirates International University held a seminar today to discuss a master's thesis proposal entitled: "Entrepreneurial Leadership and its Impact on Green Innovation – A Case Study of Al Najm Al Eurobi Food Company." This thesis is part of the requirements for obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

 

The proposal was presented by researcher Ahlam Mohammed Ali Al Rahbi, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Amal Mohammed Ali Al Mujahid, Professor of Business Administration at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Dhamar University. The study addressed the role of entrepreneurial leadership in promoting green innovation practices and its impact on achieving environmental sustainability and institutional competitiveness in the food industry sector.

 

The discussion session was attended by the University President, Dr. Khaled Ahmed Salah, who emphasized in his remarks the importance of applied scientific research that keeps pace with modern trends in sustainable management and contributes to linking academic knowledge with development, environmental, and labor market issues. He commended the high level of scientific presentation and the significance of the thesis topic.

 

 The discussion was also attended by the University Secretary General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash; the Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi; the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi; the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali; the Head of the Department of Business Administration, Dr. Jabr Al-Sunbani; the Head of the Departments of Accounting and Financial and Banking Sciences, Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqaf; the Head of the Department of Management Information Systems, Dr. Mukhtar Ghilan; Dr. Mohammed Al-Rahbi, Academic Advisor at the College of Management; and Dr. Jamal Darham, External Examiner, in addition to a number of faculty and administrative staff members from the Deanship of Graduate Studies.

 

This is the second discussion within the Master of Business Administration program at the university, as part of the Emirates International University's efforts to promote high-quality scientific research and support studies that focus on leadership, innovation, and sustainability, thus contributing to the preparation of academic and professional cadres capable of leading institutions towards a more conscious and responsible future.
