The Academic Advancement Committee at the Emirates International University Holds its Periodic Meeting Chaired by the University President

As part of the Emirates International University's ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of education and improve academic performance, the Academic Advancement Committee held its periodic meeting today, Monday, chaired by Professor Dr. Khaled Ahmed Salah, the University President, to discuss a number of academic issues and topics.
The meeting, which included the University Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, the Secretary General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, the Dean of Quality, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, deans of colleges, and a number of relevant staff members from various university departments and divisions, discussed several topics on its agenda related to academic aspects and improving educational performance to keep pace with scientific advancements and labor market demands, and to serve the University's vision and academic mission.
During the meeting, Professor Dr. Khaled Ahmed Salah emphasized that academic advancement is a strategic priority for the University, stressing the importance of institutional work and integration between academic and administrative aspects to achieve quality education that makes a difference and contributes to preparing qualified scientific personnel capable of actively contributing to building society.
The university president emphasized the importance of continuously evaluating academic performance, adopting targeted development initiatives, and leveraging academic expertise to positively impact student performance and the quality of the educational process.
The meeting concluded with several recommendations aimed at enhancing academic advancement and developing the university learning environment, thereby solidifying the position of the Emirates International University as a leading educational institution striving for excellence and leadership in higher education.
