The Emirates International University organized a rally today, Wednesday, Jumada al-Thani 27, 1447 AH, to condemn the American insults to the Holy Quran. The rally reaffirmed the university's unwavering faith, rejecting all attempts to undermine the sanctity of God's Book, renewing its readiness to confront the schemes of enemies, and continuing its support for the Palestinian people and the causes of the Muslim Ummah.

Participating in the rally were leaders of the Emirates International University, headed by the University President, Dr. Khalid Ahmed Salah, the Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, and the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, along with deans of colleges, members of the academic and administrative staff, and a large number of students. The participants expressed their strong condemnation of the heinous crime committed by an American candidate in insulting the Holy Quran, considering it a hostile act reflecting the hatred of the American-Zionist project towards Islam and Muslims.

The university members participating in the demonstration affirmed that this insult is not an isolated incident, but rather part of a systematic war targeting the Holy Quran and the identity of the Muslim nation. This coincides with the ongoing crimes of the Zionist enemy in Palestine, its aggression against Lebanon, its violation of Syrian sovereignty, and its repeated desecration of Islamic holy sites, most notably Al-Aqsa Mosque, all with American and British support, international silence, and Arab inaction.

Dr. Khaled Dhaifallah read the statement issued by the university members, emphasizing their complete and unwavering commitment to the Holy Quran, the eternal book of God, and its righteous path. He asserted that any insult to it constitutes a direct attack on the entire Muslim nation and rejected the legitimization of these crimes under false pretenses such as "freedom of expression." The statement also held the United States, Britain, and the Zionist enemy fully responsible for the repeated insults and the blatant hostility they reflect towards Islam and Muslims.

The statement reaffirmed the unwavering faith-based stance in support of the Palestinian people and the high level of readiness for the next round of conflict with the enemies, while continuing mobilization and preparations with all available strength until victory, God willing. It also called for the continuation of the economic boycott of American and Israeli goods and for refraining from supporting their crimes in any way.

The statement called upon the people of Yemen, the land of faith and wisdom, to participate in massive demonstrations in response to the call of the leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi (may God protect him), to affirm their rejection and anger at the repeated American and Zionist insults to the Holy Quran and sacred sites, and to reaffirm their steadfast faith-based stance against tyranny and in support of the oppressed Palestinian people.

The gathering concluded with a call for a massive million-person march next Friday in al-Sabeen Square and all other squares, a dignified demonstration in support of the Book of God and the Palestinian people, and to reaffirm their readiness for the next round.
