An Inspiring Partnership with the Hayel Saeed Group: A High-Quality Workshop on Entrepreneurial Mindset in the Age of Artificial Intelligence for Business Administration Students

In a pioneering step embodying the vision of the Emirates International University to build a generation that confidently and innovatively leads the future, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences organized an inspiring workshop entitled "Entrepreneurial Mindset in the Age of Artificial Intelligence," in partnership with the Hayel Saeed Anam Group, the national partner supporting development initiatives and entrepreneurship in Yemen.
The workshop, presented by Professor Adeeb Qasim, Executive Director of the Group's Economic Development Initiative, opened a wide window for fourth-year business administration students into the changing world of business, introducing them to methods of planning and building their future projects in line with the new market reality driven by smart technologies.
The workshop was attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, the Head of the Business Administration Department, Dr. Jabr Al-Sunbani, and the Head of the Management Information Systems Department, Dr. Mukhtar Ghilan. The Dean emphasized that the university strives to cultivate students capable of transitioning from the classroom to platforms of production and influence, and that these strategic partnerships contribute to honing students' awareness of entrepreneurship and creating opportunities.
The workshop addressed four key themes that formed a new mindset for the students: the entrepreneurial mindset required today to thrive in a rapidly changing market; how artificial intelligence is transforming work, learning, and opportunities, and what an entrepreneur must master to remain ahead; using artificial intelligence as a powerful tool for innovation, employing it in developing ideas, analyzing markets, and building a competitive advantage; and the human element in the age of machines, and how individuals can maintain their leadership role through creativity, values, and mental flexibility.
During the workshop, trainer Adeeb Qasim stressed that the future of entrepreneurship will not belong to the wealthiest, but rather to those with the most understanding, the fastest development, and the greatest ability to use artificial intelligence to create real solutions.
This event is part of a series of high-quality programs launched by the college to broaden students' horizons beyond university, encourage them to start their own businesses, build successful career paths, and contribute to strengthening the national economy with new success stories.
