University President Chairs Website Development Committee Meeting, Affirms: “Digital Transformation is an Irreversible Strategic Choice”

Professor Khaled Salah, President of the Emirates International University, chaired a meeting of the university’s website development committee this morning. This meeting was part of ongoing efforts to enhance the institution’s digital presence, reflecting its academic identity and serving both students and visitors.
During the meeting, the progress of the website update was reviewed, along with the implementation of the development phases according to the approved plan. The remaining elements currently under development were also discussed, focusing on improving usability and enhancing academic content and e-services.
In his address, the university president emphasized that the website update is a cornerstone of institutional development and digital transformation. He stressed the importance of adhering to modern technical standards to build an interactive platform that reflects the university’s excellence and meets the needs of students, parents, and the community.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, Vice President of the University; Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, Head of the Website Development Committee and Secretary General of the University; Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, Dean of the Development and Quality Assurance Center; Dr. Ibrahim Fara’a, Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology; and members of the committee. They provided a brief overview of the work progress and the level of achievement in implementing the tasks according to the approved timeline.
The technical and administrative team continues its work at an accelerated pace to complete the website update project, aligning with the university's vision and positioning it as a leader in digital higher education.
