Emirates International University and Hayel Saeed Anam Group Explore the Future of Jobs in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

As part of its ongoing efforts to align university education with the demands of the future job market, the Activities Department at Emirates International University, in coordination with the Talent Management Department of Hayel Saeed Anam Group, organized a training workshop on Thursday, November 6, 2025, entitled: "The Future of Jobs in the Age of Artificial Intelligence." The workshop was presented by Professor Mohammed Al-Adimi, Talent, Learning, and Development Consultant.
The workshop addressed the radical transformations brought about by artificial intelligence in the work environment and how modern technologies are reshaping the skills required for future success. The trainer explained that artificial intelligence "will not eliminate jobs, but rather redefine them," emphasizing that opportunities will belong to those who are most prepared, innovative, and adaptable to change.
Al-Adimi also reviewed the most prominent future skills required in the job market, foremost among them critical thinking, innovation, lifelong learning, and intelligent human interaction with technology, urging students to invest their university years in building their capabilities in this area.
The workshop was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, the Head of the Business Administration Department, Dr. Jabr Al-Sunbani, and students from various departments within the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences.
