On Wednesday, the Emirates International University witnessed a massive solidarity vigil with the Palestinian people under the slogan "Two Years of Giving... and Loyalty to the Blood of the Martyrs." This vigil affirmed the steadfastness of the position in supporting the Palestinian cause and renewed the pledge to follow in the footsteps of the martyrs with unwavering determination.

Participants in the vigil, led by the University's Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, a number of college deans, heads of academic departments, academic and administrative staff, and a crowd of students, embodied a deep-rooted awareness of the nation's issues and demonstrated that the Yemeni people, despite the siege and aggression, remain present in the fields of pride and dignity, steadfast in their path of faith and jihad.

Participants raised the Yemeni and Palestinian flags, along with pictures of the martyred jihadist Major General Mohammed Al-Ghamari and the other martyred leaders who died on the road to Jerusalem. They chanted slogans affirming their readiness and preparedness to confront the Zionist enemy should it resume its aggression against Gaza and the Palestinian people and break the agreement.

They expressed pride and honor in the great sacrifices made in support of the Palestinian cause and in supporting our brothers in Gaza since the launch of Operation "Breaking Dawn," and their loyalty to the blood of the martyrs who died defending their land, honor, dignity, and Islamic holy sites.

They reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing readiness and continuing support for the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, and to following in the footsteps of the martyrs in the path of jihad and sacrifice for the sake of God. They emphasized that the pledge to the martyrs is unforgettable, and that their blood revives the Palestinian cause in the conscience of the nation.

A statement issued by the vigil, delivered by Dr. Khaled Daif Allah, explained that, "In honor of the march that God has granted us, which, by His grace, is unparalleled in the entire world, and in honor and loyalty to the martyrs who are the fuel of our journey and testaments to the sincerity of our approach, in response to God, love for Him, desire for what is with Him, fear of His punishment, steadfastness in His Book and His path, and under the banner of those whom He has chosen from among His servants, we, as a Yemeni people who have chosen jihad for the sake of God as their path, proudly and honorably announce to the Arab and Islamic nation and all the free people of the world the passing of a great jihadi leader and a knight of Islam, the great jihadi leader Lieutenant General Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Ghamari, Chief of the General Staff." He pointed out that the martyr Al-Ghamari and his comrades in the various formations of our mujahid armed forces played a significant role in inflicting a humiliating defeat on America at sea, along with Britain, and on the criminal Zionist enemy entity over a period of two years. They demonstrated to the entire world that God's promise of victory for His faithful servants is true and true, even if it is faced with the most modern arsenals of the World War, including American aircraft carriers and strategic bombers. They demonstrated that defeating the enemy is possible through reliance on God and trust in Him, and that sacrifices are the fuel of victories and do not lead to the cessation of the march of truth, but rather increase its intensity and intensity in the face of the tyrant. The statement continued, "We remember here a group of great martyr leaders in this battle, especially the great martyr Yahya Sinwar, as we commemorate his martyrdom. We pray for his soul and for the other martyr leaders in Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran, as well as in our country, from official state leaders, both civilian and military, from all ground and naval formations, drone and missile aircraft, air defense, general mobilization, media, and from citizens and others. Over two years of support, they provided the greatest lessons of steadfastness and the race to sacrifice, refusing to submit, surrender, or retreat. We pledge to them all that we will continue on the same path without hesitation or retreat until the promise of God, who never breaks His promise, is fulfilled." He affirmed the Yemeni people's steadfastness in their principled, faith-based, moral, and humanitarian stances with Gaza and towards our primary cause, Palestine and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. He added, "This is our pledge to God and to the martyrs, and we will not back down from it. We will continue to closely monitor developments in Gaza. We are ready to return if the enemy returns, betrays, or breaks it. We will return more determined and prepared at all levels, God willing, with His help and support."

He called on everyone, both official and popular, to act with determination and diligence to learn the lessons, morals, and experiences from this round of conflict with the enemy, and to prepare immediately for any future round. We must not allow the enemy to be more serious, concerned, and prepared for injustice and crime than we are to establish justice and equity and repel injustice and oppression.

The statement added, "We seek refuge in God that the people of faith and wisdom should never be like this, for that is neither faith nor wisdom at all. Rather, we will be as God Almighty has commanded us in His words, 'And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of God and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know. God knows them.' God's truth."

He called upon the people of the Ummah to call upon God for what will bring them success and righteousness in this world and the Hereafter, by sincerely and practically returning to the Holy Quran, as it is God's light and guidance for His servants, revealed to them as a method to be followed in various aspects of their lives. Otherwise, what awaits them at the hands of the most hostile people is even worse. There is no solution or way out except in the Book of God, the Holy Quran.
