The second phase of practical training for academic and administrative staff on the "Masar" transaction automation system concluded at the Emirates International University on Wednesday. This system represents a qualitative shift in the management of academic and administrative operations at the university.

The system aims to simplify procedures and transform them from paper-based to electronic, enabling easy tracking of transactions and understanding their progress throughout the documentation cycle. This enhances transparency, efficiency, and speed in completing various transactions.

This training course—organized by the University's Information Systems Department in collaboration with the Human Resources Department—comes within the framework of keeping pace with recent developments in the field of information technology and its applications in higher education. It also aims to provide all university members with the skills necessary to efficiently operate modern systems, serving the interests of students and the educational and administrative process alike.

The course lasted four days, during which participants received advanced practical training and a detailed explanation of how to use the system's various modules and automate the processes and services it provides.
