University President Meets with Deans and Department Heads of the College of Engineering and Information Technology to Evaluate Academic and Administrative Performance

Emirates International University President Dr. Khaled Ahmed Salah met today, Sunday, with Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology Dr. Ibrahim Farea and heads of the college's academic departments. The meeting was dedicated to assessing the college's academic and administrative performance and discussing future development plans.
During the meeting, University President Dr. Khaled Salah emphasized that the university attaches special importance to the College of Engineering and Information Technology, given its strategic importance in preparing cadres capable of meeting the demands of the local and regional labor market. He emphasized the need to enhance integration between academic, administrative, and technical aspects to ensure the quality of the educational process and improve the learning environment.
The University President reviewed with the college leadership the most important aspects related to academic and educational fields, the efficiency of administrative performance, and the level of plan implementation, emphasizing the importance of continuous monitoring and periodic evaluation to achieve effective institutional performance.
For his part, the Dean of the College, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, gave a presentation on the progress of the educational process in the various departments and the efforts made to ensure its success. He commended the support of the university presidency and its constant commitment to improving the college's performance and enabling it to fulfill its educational and research mission at the highest levels.
The attendees also discussed a number of practical proposals that would enhance performance efficiency and the quality of academic and administrative services.
