The second phase of practical training for academic and administrative staff on the "Masar" transaction automation system was launched at the Emirates International University today, Monday. This system represents a qualitative shift in the management of academic and administrative operations at the university.

The launch was attended by University President Dr. Khaled Ahmed Salah, Vice President Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, Secretary General Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, and Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, along with participants in the course, including deans of colleges, heads of academic departments, department directors, and heads of administrative departments.

The system aims to simplify procedures and transform them from paper to electronic, allowing easy tracking of transactions and knowledge of their progress throughout the documentation cycle. This enhances transparency, efficiency, and speed in completing various transactions.

This training course, organized by the University's Information Systems Department in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, is part of a broader effort to keep pace with recent developments in information technology and its applications in higher education. It also aims to provide all university members with the skills necessary to efficiently operate modern systems, serving the interests of students and the educational and administrative process alike.

The course lasts for four consecutive days, during which participants receive advanced practical training and a detailed explanation of how to use the system's various modules and automate the processes and services it provides.
