On Wednesday, the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Emirates International University held a ceremony to honor the college's top students for the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD) and to welcome new students for the academic year 1447 AH. The ceremony was held in a festive atmosphere that reflected the college's pride in its students' achievements and their new beginnings.
In a speech delivered by Professor Khaled Ahmed Salah, President of the University, he congratulated the top students, emphasizing that their excellence reflects the university's mission to cultivate qualified medical professionals to serve the community. He also welcomed the new students, urging them to commit to diligence and hard work from the very beginning of their university careers.
For his part, Professor Saleh Al Dhaheri, Dean of the College, delivered a speech in which he congratulated the top students and thanked the college's professors for their role in supporting the educational process. He emphasized the college's commitment to providing an integrated academic environment that develops students' skills and hones their expertise.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, Secretary-General of the University, and Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, along with the heads of the college's academic departments, academic and administrative staff, and a crowd of students who shared the joy of being honored with their fellow graduates.
The event concluded with honoring the top students and taking commemorative photos, in a scene that combined pride in the distinguished students with a welcome to the new generation of college students.
