On Wednesday, Rabi' al-Awwal 18, 1447 AH, corresponding to September 10, 2025 AD, the Emirates International University organized a solidarity stand with the Palestinian people. This was in response to God Almighty, in jihad for His sake, seeking His pleasure, in support of Islam, the Holy Quran, and the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), in support of the Palestinian people, and in condemnation of the ongoing genocide in the Gaza Strip for nearly two years, in full view of the world.
In the massive solidarity rally, led by University President Dr. Khaled Ahmed Salah, Vice President Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, deans of colleges, university academic and administrative staff, and a large crowd of students, participants raised slogans and banners expressing their rejection of the ongoing violations in Gaza. They affirmed the centrality of the Palestinian cause in the conscience of the Islamic nation, renewing their pledge to continue all forms of support for the Palestinian people.
The statement congratulated the Arab and Islamic nation on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday, upon him and his family be the best of prayers and the most complete peace. It emphasized the continuation of the path of our ancestors, the Ansar, who supported the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) in the early days of Islam. We will continue in their footsteps, in support of Islam, in support of oppressed Muslims, in the establishment of justice, and in confronting the infidel tyrants and their hypocritical supporters. The statement also affirmed the Yemeni people's continued commitment to their firm, unwavering, and unalterable faith in Gaza and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque against the forces of tyranny and criminality, Israel and America. They also affirmed their commitment to stand united, like a solid foundation, with our army and people in the face of all enemy plots. The statement warned anyone who might dare to engage in the enemy's plots and conspiracies against our country, our people, and our nation, calling on the security and judicial authorities to take the necessary and deterrent measures and penalties against anyone seeking to destabilize security and stability and dismantle the internal front in the service of the Zionists. The statement also called on all free people in the world, especially students and academics, to raise their voices against the Zionist criminals who are committing the most heinous crime of genocide in this era, and to move in all possible areas to support Gaza with marches, demonstrations, donations, and boycotting all goods of countries that support the Zionist enemy entity, until it stops its brutal crimes and lifts its deadly siege on Gaza. The behavior of this criminal entity is not only a danger to Gaza or the entire region, but rather a danger that threatens the lives of all humanity. The statement congratulated our Yemeni Armed Forces for their recent qualitative and accurate operations that bypassed all Israeli and American air defenses and reached their targets, by God's grace. They terrified the criminal enemy entity and established proof against all the complicit Arab regimes whose people are dying in their midst from murder and starvation, without taking any noteworthy stance to stop this. Yemen possesses many armies and capabilities that are incomparable to what Yemen possesses, which has refused to do anything but move and do everything it can to support Gaza and Al-Aqsa, and to act against the Zionist project called "Greater Israel" that threatens the entire region.
