On the auspicious occasion of the birth of the best of creation, Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the university held a cultural and faith-based symposium on Monday. The symposium was attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali, the Academic Advisor, Dr. Muhammad Al-Rahbi, and a large gathering of college students.
The symposium, presented by cultural activist Professor Jawad, addressed the biography of the Greatest Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, highlighting his noble qualities and Quranic morals that embody mercy and guidance for all of humanity. He emphasized that following the example of the Messenger of God and adhering to his Quranic approach is the path to reviving the nation and its dignity, embodying the meaning of loyalty to him, and glorifying his noble status.
The lecturer also pointed out that commemorating the Prophet's birthday is not limited to rejoicing and celebrating his birth, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, but rather extends to a practical stance in support of the nation's causes, foremost among which is the Palestinian cause. He emphasized that the position of Yemen, its leadership and people, in supporting the Palestinian people is an extension of the Prophet's approach, which embodied the meanings of jihad, sacrifice, and opposition to injustice and tyranny.
This event comes within the framework of the college's commitment to instilling faith-based values in the souls of its students and connecting them to the great prophetic role model who represents the guiding light for the nation across generations.
