The Student Affairs Council at the Emirates International University held its first meeting for the academic year 1447 AH (2025-2026 AD) on Tuesday. The meeting was chaired by Professor Khaled Salah, President of the University, and attended by the University Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, and a number of college deans and representatives from the colleges, Student Affairs, and relevant departments.
At the beginning of the meeting, University President Dr. Khaled Salah emphasized the vital role of the Student Affairs Council in enhancing the university environment, developing student services, and supporting initiatives and activities that contribute to building the character of university students and empowering them academically and skillfully. He emphasized that student welfare represents a strategic priority in the university's vision aimed at graduating distinguished students who combine academic excellence with community awareness.
The meeting reviewed the Deanship of Student Affairs' plans and activities for the new academic year and approved a number of recommendations related to enhancing student participation in various activities, in addition to developing advisory services and organizing quality events that contribute to enhancing university life on campus.
The meeting resulted in a number of decisions and recommendations that enhance student services.
