University Leadership Concludes Meetings with Staff from Various Departments to Discuss Performance and Enhance Administrative Efficiency

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance and develop the administrative work environment, the leadership of the Emirates International University concluded, over the past few days, meetings with staff from various departments at the university.
During the meetings, University President Dr. Khaled Salah emphasized the vital role played by administrative staff in supporting the educational and academic process. He emphasized that efficient administrative work is one of the fundamental pillars of the university's success and the realization of its vision of institutional excellence and student service.
For his part, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, Acting Vice President and Secretary-General of the University, explained that these meetings are part of a series of periodic meetings held by the university leadership to enhance internal communication, update administrative plans, and foster a collaborative work environment.
The meetings discussed a number of topics related to workflow, challenges facing the next phase, and coordination mechanisms between various departments to ensure the provision of high-quality services to students, faculty members, and the local community.
The meetings also witnessed active contributions from departmental staff, presenting a number of development proposals and initiatives aimed at improving performance and streamlining administrative procedures, in line with the university's approach to institutional transformation and administrative excellence.
At the conclusion of the meetings, the university leadership expressed its appreciation for the efforts made by all administrative staff, calling for continued dedication and teamwork to achieve the desired goals.
