A Farewell Filled with Pride and Hope: A Student Artistic Ceremony to Farewell the Seventh Class of Medical Laboratory Science Students at the Emirates International University

On Monday, students from the Medical Laboratory Sciences Department at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Emirates International University organized a special art celebration to bid farewell to the seventh class of the academic year 1446 AH (2024–2025 AD). The celebration was attended by the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani; the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Saleh Al-Dhaheri; the Head of the Medical Laboratory Sciences Department, Dr. Abdulbasit Al-Ghouri; Dr. Hafez Al-Noud; and a number of academic and administrative staff members.
In the opening remarks of the ceremony, Dr. Abdulbasit Al-Ghouri, Head of the Department, expressed his great happiness on this occasion, conveying the congratulations of the university leadership to the graduates, wishing them a future filled with success and giving. He praised the distinguished academic level of the class, emphasizing that the university bids farewell today to a qualified elite who will leave the classroom to begin their journey in the fields of work, contributing with merit to serving the health sector and society.
He also expressed his pride in the efforts made by the students' families and faculty members, extending his deepest thanks and gratitude to them for their support and dedication during their years of study.
The ceremony included the taking of the medical oath and the honoring of the graduates, along with segments that expressed the students' support for the Palestinian people and reinforced the values of human belonging. The academic staff and supporters were also honored with certificates of appreciation.
The Emirates International University continues to consolidate its academic and humanitarian standing by graduating a distinguished cohort of qualified personnel capable of making a difference in real life.
