As part of its commitment to improving the educational process and enhancing the efficiency of academic performance, the leadership of the Emirates International University held an expanded meeting today, Sunday, with the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences staff. The meeting discussed the progress of the educational process and assessed the college's readiness for the start of the academic year 1447 AH.
At the beginning of the meeting, University President Dr. Khaled Salah emphasized the importance of integrating academic and administrative efforts to ensure the provision of quality education that keeps pace with labor market requirements and meets student aspirations. The University President also commended the commitment of the academic staff and their continuous efforts to improve the level of educational performance during the previous period, emphasizing the importance of building on previous successes and seriously preparing for the new year with a team spirit.
During the meeting, the University Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, emphasized the need to adhere to the academic plan, activate academic advising, and continuously monitor student performance. He emphasized the adoption of modern teaching methodologies that enhance student engagement and develop their practical skills.
For his part, the Dean of the College, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, reviewed the most notable achievements of the College during the recent period, highlighting mechanisms for supporting students academically and activating student activities aimed at developing their leadership and professional skills.
The meeting, attended by the University Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, witnessed extensive discussions between the University leadership and the academic staff. Visions and proposals were exchanged to enhance the educational environment, and existing challenges and ways to address them were discussed, ensuring a strong start to the new academic year.
