University President Oversees Admissions and Registration Process, Emphasizes Providing the Best Services to New Students

As part of the leadership of the Emirates International University's commitment to monitoring the quality of services provided to students, Dr. Khaled Salah, President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, Vice President of the University, and Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, Secretary-General, conducted a field visit to the Admissions, Registration, and Reception Unit this morning, Tuesday, to closely monitor the progress of the admissions and registration process for the 2025-2026 academic year.
The University President and Secretary-General listened to a detailed explanation from the reception team and student affairs specialists about the workflow and procedures followed to facilitate the admission process for new students.
During his meeting with the reception staff, the University President emphasized the importance of adhering to the highest quality standards in providing academic and administrative services. He emphasized the need to properly welcome new students and their families, respond promptly to their inquiries, and facilitate their transactions to ensure their satisfaction and reflect the university's unique academic and professional reputation.
He also commended the efforts made by the reception staff and the Admissions and Registration Unit, calling for redoubled efforts during this important period of the academic year and for full support to be provided to new students, as they are the cornerstone of the university's future and progress.
The University President and Secretary General concluded their visit by calling on all relevant units, including Student Affairs, Academic Advising, and Information Technology, to coordinate and integrate to ensure a smooth and distinguished registration experience for students, in line with the university's vision and mission of leadership and academic excellence.
