The Emirates International University resumed its official work on Sunday, following the Eid al-Adha holiday, with an expanded meeting for the university's academic and administrative staff. The meeting was held in an atmosphere filled with congratulations and optimism for a new beginning toward excellence.

 

The meeting was chaired by the University President, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mufri, and was joined by the University Vice President, Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani; the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash; the Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Saleh Al-Dhaheri; and the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Ibrahim Farea. The meeting was also attended by the heads of academic departments and all academic and administrative staff.

 

The meeting served to renew ties and emphasize the importance of the upcoming phase as the university embarks on a new academic year, 1447 AH (2025–2026 AD). The meeting reviewed procedures related to the admissions and registration process, and emphasized the need for concerted efforts to ensure the success of this vital season in the university's journey. In his speech during the meeting, University President Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Muwafari extended his warmest congratulations to the academic and administrative staff on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. He praised the spirit of commitment that characterizes the university family and emphasized that the next phase requires intensified efforts and working together to ensure the success of the admissions and registration process for the academic year 1447 AH (2025–2026 AD) and to continuously improve the quality of the educational process.

 

The University President also expressed the University's absolute solidarity with the struggle of the Palestinian people and its condemnation of the aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

 

For his part, University Vice President Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani highlighted the importance of building on the achievements of previous years, calling for the university's full human and administrative capabilities to be prepared to serve students and the educational process and enhance the University's reputation as a leading academic institution.

 

 In his speech, the University's Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, emphasized that the spirit of solidarity and teamwork enjoyed by the university staff is the foundation upon which institutional success is based. He noted that the university is entering a new year with a renewed spirit and high aspirations for institutional and academic excellence.

 

The Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Saleh Al Dhaheri, also congratulated all university members, emphasizing the importance of instilling a team spirit to continue the academic development process at the college and other university colleges.

 

The academic and administrative staff expressed their happiness at this meeting, during which they exchanged greetings on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, the return to work, and the resumption of academic and administrative activities.
