On Wednesday, the Emirates International University held a solidarity stand with the Palestinian people under the slogan "With Gaza... to confront the crime of genocide and starvation," affirming steadfastness and support for Gaza and all of Palestine.
Participants in the stand, led by the university president, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mufri, and the secretary-general of the Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance Council, Dr. Mohammed Daifallah, along with the university's academic and administrative staff, affirmed their continued support for the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, no matter how dependent the Arab regimes are on the Israeli-American enemy.
They strongly condemned the warm welcome Gulf regimes gave to the infidel and criminal Trump and their generous support, with trillions of dollars, to perpetuate the crimes of genocide in Gaza.
A statement issued by the vigil addressed the Palestinian people in general and the people of Gaza in particular on the anniversary of the Great Nakba, saying, "Through your jihad for the sake of God, your unparalleled patience and steadfastness, and your continued commitment to this, you are preventing the recurrence of the Nakba, standing as a stumbling block before the occupying Zionist enemy, and protecting the Arab and Islamic nation from the recurrence of the catastrophes suffered by other countries. We are with you and by your side, and with our trust in God and our jihad for His sake, the Nakba will not be repeated. Rather, God's inevitable promise will be fulfilled with the demise of the oppressive entity and the emergence of God's religion over all religions, even if the disbelievers hate it." He added, "We are honored to return our greetings, peace, and pledges of loyalty to our brothers in the Al-Quds Brigades and to all the dear mujahideen who saluted us and our leader in their recent missile operation against the entity, especially the millions of people in Sab'een Square and other squares. We say to you: This message of yours is the most precious thing we have received in this sacred battle. We pledge and promise to you that we will remain by your side, loyal to the path of jihad and responding to God, no matter the challenges, relying on God, trusting in Him, and confident in His victory. The end is for the righteous." The statement pointed out that while the Zionist enemy was escalating its crimes in Gaza, including killing, blockade, and starvation, the criminal infidel Trump, the Zionist's primary partner in crime, was roaming around some Gulf capitals with arrogance, haughtiness, conceit, and conceit, collecting vast sums of money from Arab and Muslim peoples, unprecedented in human history, to provide massive support to the enemy entity's war criminals, who wanted to annihilate the Palestinian people and kill Arabs and Muslims. In fact, in some capitals, Arab girls were presented to him to dance for him, swaying humiliatingly with their heads uncovered, in a scene that expresses a horrific estrangement from Islam and the teachings of the Holy Quran, breaking hearts and stirring up Arab chivalry. The statement explained that what gives hope and inspires pride are the missiles that flew over Trump's head during his speech, passing deep inside the enemy entity, providing evidence that Islam is precious. The statement reminded the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations of their religious, humanitarian, moral, and fraternal responsibility, which cannot be undone with the passage of time, but rather grows and intensifies in the face of the tragedies and atrocities occurring in Gaza.
It called on the peoples of the nation to take real action and mobilize all their energies to defend their brothers and the holy sites in Palestine. Among the least demanding yet most effective responsibilities for this purpose is the economic boycott of the enemies, from which no Muslim is exempt, as well as organizing demonstrations and providing support for Gaza.
The statement also called on scholars, thought leaders, and elites to work to raise awareness within the nation of the necessity of a sincere, practical return to the Holy Quran, following its guidance and commitment, and rejecting its allegiance. This is the correct and only path to protecting the nation, its pride and dignity, and safeguarding its religion and the dignity of its people and country. Anything less is humiliation and failure.
