Launch of the Second Semester Final Exams for First-Year Students at the College of Engineering and Information Technology

The President of the Emirates International University, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Muwafari, accompanied by the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, launched the second semester final exams for first-year students for the academic year 1446 AH (2024-2025 AD) at the College of Engineering and Information Technology on Sunday. The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, and several heads of the college's academic departments: Dr. Hani Damaj, Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Alafi, Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department.
During the launch, the University President emphasized that the university leadership attaches great importance to regularly monitoring the progress of the examination process, ensuring an ideal academic environment that ensures students take their exams in an atmosphere of reassurance and commitment. He emphasized the importance of the presence of academic leaders, department heads, and professors in the halls to provide the necessary support to students and ensure the smooth running of the exams.
The inspection tour included visits to a number of examination halls to monitor the progress of the exams and the level of organization and discipline. The university president commended the students' commitment to the regulations and instructions, urging them to continue their efforts to achieve academic excellence. He emphasized that the university continues to foster a stimulating academic environment that contributes to building generations capable of effectively contributing to community service and development.
