The Emirates International University Council held its regular meeting for April 2025 today, Thursday, chaired by the Council Chairman and University President Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Muwafari. The meeting was attended by Secretary-General Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, Council members including college deans, the Dean of Quality, the Dean of Graduate Studies, and a number of directors of relevant departments who were invited to the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, University President Dr. Nasser Al-Muwafari welcomed the Council members. He commended the efforts of the university's academic and administrative team in carrying out their duties and the achievements made. He urged the team to exert further efforts to achieve further successes in the coming period.
The Council reviewed a number of topics on its agenda related to admissions and registration for the academic year 1447 AH (2025-2026 AD), as well as procedures for preparing for the examination process for the second semester of the academic year 1446 AH, in the College of Medicine and the College of Dentistry, as well as the first-level examinations in the Colleges of Engineering and Administrative and Financial Sciences. The meeting also reviewed a number of academic and administrative topics, development and modernization procedures for various aspects of the university, and other related topics. The meeting concluded with a set of appropriate decisions, procedures, and recommendations that serve the progress of the educational process and the continued modernization and development of the university.
