An expanded meeting was held this morning, Tuesday, at the university, which included the university president, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mufri, the secretary-general, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, the deans of colleges, and the heads of scientific departments in the university's colleges, in the presence of the general mobilization committee, as part of the university's keenness to continuously follow up on the progress of the educational process and monitor the plan of activities for the second semester of the academic year 1446 AH.
At the beginning of the meeting, the university president, Dr. Nasser Al-Mufri, stressed the importance of such meetings in enhancing communication between the university leadership and academic leaders in colleges and departments, and exchanging opinions and ideas in a way that contributes to developing the educational process.
The university president thanked and appreciated all university members for the efforts they made during the previous period, and stressed the need to work in a team spirit to achieve the university's goals and vision.
The university president pointed out the university's keenness to enhance the academic scientific level of students, and at the same time enhance cultural awareness and the contribution of the university staff in educating students about the importance of participating in the activities and courses of the Al-Aqsa Flood, weekly stands and other awareness activities that qualify students to gain awareness in confronting the danger of the nation's enemies from the Zionists and their supporters.
While the university's secretary-general stressed the importance of all university members adopting the position in confronting the enemies and the position in participating and urging students to participate in the courses and all general mobilization activities.
For his part, Professor Abu Hussein pointed out the danger of the soft war targeting our society and the sense of collective responsibility to confront it with awareness derived from the teachings of the Holy Quran and the speeches and directives of the Leader.
The meeting came out with a number of decisions and recommendations aimed at enhancing the scientific and academic excellence of students, and confronting the danger of the soft war.
