Closing of the event of the first student scientific exhibition for students of the College of Dentistry at the UAE University

 In an atmosphere of science and creativity, the activities of the first student science exhibition for students of the College of Dentistry at the UAE University were concluded this Thursday morning, which lasted for two days. The exhibition witnessed wide participation by college students, who presented a variety of scientific and artistic projects that reflect the extent of their excellence and creativity. 

 During the conclusion of the exhibition, which was attended by the President of the University, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mofari, the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Fouad Hanash, the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Shami, and the heads of scientific departments in the college and other colleges. The President of the University stressed the importance of such events in Motivating students to be creative and innovative, and enhancing the spirit of scientific competition among them. He praised the efforts of the students and the level of their presented projects, which reflect the advanced academic level they are receiving in the college. He also praised the efforts of the dean of the college, the heads of scientific departments, faculty members, and their assistants in the College of Dentistry for organizing this distinguished event. 

 The President of the University, accompanied by the Vice President of the University, the Secretary-General, the Dean of the College, and the heads of the scientific departments, toured around the exhibition, and listened to an explanation from the students about the various handicrafts and models that express scientific aspects in the field of dentistry. 

 The works participating in the exhibition varied and included accurate anatomical models of the parts of the mouth and teeth, in addition to works of art and sculptures that express the students’ passion for the field of dentistry, and illustrative drawings that facilitate understanding of medical operations. The exhibition also included artistic paintings depicting the stages of tooth development. 

 The exhibition enjoyed active participation by fifth-level students of the College of Dentistry, who demonstrated outstanding skills and creativity in their work. The exhibition also witnessed a large turnout of visitors during the two days, from various university specializations, and the exhibition also witnessed student visits from a number of secondary and middle schools, which reflects the great interest in this distinguished scientific exhibition.
