The university renewed the signing of the training agreement with the Republican Teaching Hospital to continue training students of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the university for the next 5 years. The agreement was signed on behalf of the university by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Farea Al-Azazi, and on behalf of the Republican Hospital, the President of the Hospital, Dr. Nasr Hamid Al-Qudsi, and the Vice President of the Commission for Academic Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Al-Baadani. The Vice-President of the Emirates International University, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Al-Azazi, expressed the university’s thanks and appreciation to those in charge of the Republican Hospital Authority, headed by Dr. Nasr Al-Qudsi and all the authority’s employees for their cooperation with the university and their keenness to provide training opportunities for students in a way that achieves cooperation and integration in meeting the requirements of the educational process. Noting the importance of this agreement because it is in the interest of the student and greatly qualifies him to work in the medical field in line with the university’s goal in graduating scientifically qualified students who have experience and skill and are able to practice the profession efficiently and effectively, given that the field training in the hospital prepares the student and makes him able to adapt with All the circumstances you may face in the future. The Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the university, Prof. Dr. Saleh Al Dhaheri, stressed the university’s keenness to sign cooperation and training agreements with various authorities, since field training for students in hospitals is an essential part of the academic courses to enable students to apply the theoretical knowledge they acquire during their theoretical studies in a practical way, which makes them gain an understanding Bigger and wider for their specializations so that they are more creative and mastering them. Dr. Al Dhaheri indicated that field training in hospitals represents a continuation of the academic process, and that students gain practical skills related to academic levels that contribute to qualifying students scientifically, professionally and ethically so that they can provide health and medical care to individuals, families and society after their graduation from the university on sound scientific foundations and in accordance with moral and social values and noble humanity. The signing ceremony of the agreement was attended by the Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the university, Prof. Saleh Al Dhaheri, and the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Ali Seif Kulaib.
