The aim of this research is to study the impact of digitization through its dimensions : equipment, devices, individuals, networks, and software the performance of employeess at the public hospital institution _Touggourt_by studying the relationship between the study variables(digitization and performance employees) from the point of view of those working with the digitization system in the public hospital institution _Touggourt_.and to achieve the objectives of the study, we adopted the descriptive analytical approach to address the subject of the study, with the use of a questionnaire tool to collet data. The study sample included (120) employees working in the digitization system at the level of the public hospital institution _Touggourt_,including doctors, paramedics and administrators who were chosen intentionally, and the analysis and treatment process was carried out using statististical program SPSS(26), in addition to using the intrerview tool with workers related to the subject of our study.
The study reached results, most notably :The level of availability of both the dimensions of digitization and the performance of employees is average in the public hospital institution _Touggourt_.There is a moderate positive relationship between digitization and the performance of employees at the level of the institution under study. There is an impact of the dimensions of digitization on the performance of employees, and that the dimensions of individuals and software are the most influential.
