The Impact of Talent Management on institutional Excellence

Abstract

The study  aimed to identify the impact of talent management on institutional excellence in Azal pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, and to identify the difficulties that reduce the effectiveness of talent management in Awal pharmaceu0tical Manufacturing. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of presidents, deputies and administrators at Azal pharmaceutical industry company. A random sample of (118) employees was selected, and a group was collected Data using, and the data were processed statistically using a program statistical packages (spss), and the study results, the most important of which are the following:

1-The study showed that there is a shortcoming on the part of senior management in developing institutional excellence in the company.

2-The study showed there is a deficiency in adopting taient management in developing institutional excellence in Azal industrial pharmaceuticals Company.

3-The study showed that the level of talent management in Azal pharmaceutical industry average and this My soulis that there is shortcoming on the part of the company's  management in attracting, developing end retaining  talent..

4- The study showed that of institutional excellence at Azal pharmaceutical industries Company is average.
