Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of Information and Communication
Technology on Knowledge sharing through Organizational Ambidexterity at
High Education student's on private Universities , the study also aimed to
examine the achieved level of knowledge sharing, the level of Information and
Communication Technology, and the level of Organizational Ambidexterity
practicing at the study Universities, the stratified random sampling was
considered for selecting the sample of study which included (٧٠) individuals
,The descriptive analytical method was used and the data were collected by a
questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. Data were processed and
analyzed using statistical Package in Social Sciences (SPSS), Several statistical
methods were also used to measure the study objectives and test hypotheses.
The results of study revealed that the private Universities, pay a significant
interest impact of Information and Communication Technology on Knowledge
sharing through Organizational Ambidexterity ,the study recommend that
private universities should continue the Information and Communication
Technology practices , Organizational Ambidexterity practices and enhance
this practices by providing all possible means to discover and invest the
elements succeed of Universities
