A questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting data from the study population. A stratified random sample of 181 participants was selected, and the collected data were analyzed using statistical methods.
The study yielded several key findings, most notably the existence of a significant impact of quality of work life on employee performance within the organizations under study. It also revealed that the level of attention these organizations give to quality of work life is moderate, while the levels of employee efficiency, commitment, and performance quality were found to be high.
The study recommended that the organizations should enhance their focus on quality of work life beyond the current level. It also emphasized the importance of continuously developing employee performance and skills, increasing their involvement in setting goals and strategic planning, and encouraging creativity. Such efforts would enable the organizations to achieve their strategic objectives more effectively.
