As part of its ongoing efforts to solidify academic excellence and prepare qualified individuals capable of leading the future with confidence and competence, the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences at the Emirates International University witnessed today, Monday, the discussion of a distinguished graduation project entitled: "The Impact of Organizational Integrity on Entrepreneurial Success – A Case Study of the Commercial Sector (Al Anwar Pharmaceuticals Company)." This project was undertaken as part of the requirements for obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
This project is the fruit of a collaborative academic effort by students:
Majd Ahmed Mohammed Amin Fadel, Mustafa Hani Ali Muharram, Ahmed Khaled Hussein Hawaji, Ahmed Majed Ahmed Al Shabeibi, Najib Hani Najib Muajam, and Suhail Mohammed Shaif Harmal,
under the supervision of Dr. Amani Al Safari, whose academic expertise contributed to refining the project's outcomes and enhancing its scientific depth.
The discussion committee comprised a distinguished group of academic leaders, chaired by Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, Dean of the College, and including Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqaf, Dr. Mohammed Al-Rahbi, Dr. Amani Al-Safari, and Dr. Ashwaq Al-Jaboubi. A number of academics were also present, creating a stimulating academic environment conducive to creativity and rigorous intellectual debate.
The project stemmed from a primary objective: to analyze the impact of organizational integrity, in its various dimensions, on achieving entrepreneurial success within Al-Anwar Pharmaceuticals. Researchers employed a descriptive-analytical methodology and designed a precise scientific instrument: a questionnaire consisting of 30 statements, which was distributed to a sample of the company's employees.
The results revealed a direct and statistically significant positive impact of organizational integrity on entrepreneurial success, encompassing the dimensions of organizational optimism, integrity, and organizational trust. This underscores that building a work environment based on ethical values and transparency is a fundamental pillar for enhancing entrepreneurial performance and achieving institutional excellence.
The study also revealed statistically significant differences attributable to demographic variables, reflecting the depth and accuracy of the analysis in understanding the variations within the work environment.
The project concluded with a set of high-quality recommendations, most notably: enhancing organizational trust by empowering employees and involving them in decision-making; adopting an integrated management model that incorporates ethical values into operational processes; developing proactive mechanisms for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities; and investing in human capital through high-quality training programs that foster innovation and future readiness.
This project embodies the level of academic excellence achieved by the Emirates International University, where the educational process is not limited to theory but extends to providing applied research directly related to market realities and addressing its needs. This contributes to preparing graduates who possess strategic thinking tools and the ability to make a real impact in business environments.
These are high-quality outcomes that confirm the university's steady progress towards cultivating an entrepreneurial generation that upholds values, leads change, and creates opportunities for success in a rapidly challenging world.
