Discussions Continue on Graduation Project and Research Plans at the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences

The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences continues its discussions on graduation project and research plans for students in the initial phase of the 1447 AH academic year. A number of proposed research plans and projects were reviewed and discussed as part of their preparation and development, paving the way for the implementation and final discussion phases.
The discussions were held in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali; the Head of the Department of International Business Administration, Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi; the Head of the Department of Business Administration, Dr. Jabr Al-Sunbani; the Head of the Departments of Accounting and Financial and Banking Sciences, Dr. Fahmi Al-Daqaf; and Ms. Al-Mujmar, Director of Academic Affairs, along with several faculty members and supervisory committees. These members provided their scholarly observations and academic guidance aimed at enhancing the quality of the projects and aligning them with labor market demands.
The following research plans and projects were discussed:
The first group from the Department of International Business Administration presented their graduation research plan entitled:
The Impact of Smart Leadership on Achieving Organizational Sustainability (A Case Study of YemenSoft Company).
The graduation project was presented by students: Fahd Abdul Razzaq Abdul Rahim, Abdul Mughni Al-Ariqi, Akram Al-Ashwal, Mohsen Al-Sabri, Khaled Nabil Al-Sufyani, Mohammed Al-Karshami, Osama Adel, and Al-Azzi Al-Kouli, under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali.
Meanwhile, the second group of students from the Finance and Banking Department discussed their graduation project plan entitled: "Potential for Transitioning to Open Banking in Yemeni Banks."
This graduation project was presented by students: Mohammed Ayoub, Bahaa Al-Qubati, Uday Al-Kholani, Bashir Al-Khali, Yousef Adel, Omar Rawah, Ibrahim Al-Kutia, and Rabie Al-Sadai, under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Sajwa.
