A Qualitative Leap Towards the Future: Launch of the University's Summer Training Program for the Academic Year 2025-2026

In a move reflecting its ongoing commitment to building a promising professional future for its students, the Emirates International University launched its Summer Training Program for the academic year 2025-2026 on Saturday. This program is part of a strategic vision aimed at aligning academic outcomes with the demands of the job market and empowering students to acquire high-quality practical skills that enhance their professional readiness and self-confidence.
The training program was inaugurated by the University President, Professor Dr. Khaled Ahmed Salah, along with the Secretary-General, Engineer Mohammed Abbas, the Dean of the Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Professor Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Kahali, the Head of the Department of International Business Administration, Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, and the Head of the Qualification and Training Center, Engineer Fathi Salman. They reviewed the progress of the initial sessions and commended the level of organization and student engagement.
This program serves as a comprehensive training platform, combining applied knowledge with practical experience. It includes a distinguished package of specialized training courses covering multiple fields, most notably: Advanced Excel for Accounting, Hospital Management Systems, Human Resources Management Systems, School Management Systems, .X Pro, International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL), Onyx Pro, Python Fundamentals, Laravel, Cybersecurity (Certified Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing), Architectural Visualization, First Aid, and advanced programs in the oil and gas sector such as Pipsim & Drill Bench.
The first day saw the launch of the first training courses, namely Advanced Excel for Accounting and Hospital Management Systems. The courses were met with great enthusiasm from the students, reflecting their awareness of the importance of developing their practical skills alongside their academic achievements. The students were divided into groups to facilitate comprehension of the training material and interaction with the instructors.
During the launch, the university president emphasized that this program represents one of the most important practical pathways through which the university seeks to refine students' skills and prepare them to keep pace with the rapid developments in various sectors. He noted that the next phase will see the gradual announcement of the remaining training courses, along with their dates and registration procedures via the university's official platforms, ensuring that the largest possible number of students have the opportunity to benefit.
