The Yemeni Society for Thalassemia and Hereditary Blood Patients honors the UAE University for its efforts in implementing awareness campaigns

 The Yemeni Association for Patients with Thalassemia and Hereditary Blood Disorders honored the Emirates International University with a certificate of thanks and appreciation, for the university's permanent cooperation and distinguished efforts in arranging and implementing awareness campaigns on the dangers of thalassemia and hereditary blood fractures and ways to prevent them, as well as voluntary blood donation campaigns during the month of October of this year. Where the honor was received on behalf of the university by Dr. Ahmed Al-Badani, Vice President of the University.

 For its part, the university honored the Yemeni Association for Thalassemia and Hereditary Blood Patients with the University Shield for the efforts made by the Society in caring for Thalassemia and Hereditary Blood Patients.

 The honoring was attended by Prof. Dr. Abdelbaset Al-Ghouri, Head of the Medical Laboratories Department, and on behalf of the Society, Dr. Mukhtar Ismail, and A. Ali Abdel Wali Thabet, a member of the administrative body of the association, and media officials.
