The vision is to become a distinguished department in mechatronics engineering at the national level, recognized for its innovative and high-quality educational and research programs, with an emphasis on directed practical training and distinguished industrial partnerships. 

Mission

Providing high-level education in the field of mechatronics engineering, combined with strong practical experience, effective communication skills, teamwork, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship, enabling graduates to contribute to community development, pursue successful careers, and/or complete postgraduate studies in mechatronics engineering or related disciplines. The department also aims to conduct research through effective partnerships with local industries to meet the needs of the local and regional market .

Objectives

 

1. Providing the necessary knowledge, standardized education, and training in the field of mechatronics engineering that prepares graduates for various types of managerial and technical professions.

2. Providing students with the necessary capabilities to apply this knowledge and think clearly, creatively, and logically when designing, analyzing, programming, building, and maintaining integrated engineering systems.

3. Providing graduates with diverse skills that help them be qualified and well-equipped for successful professional work in the local and regional markets.

4. Providing graduates with opportunities to develop a sense of responsibility, lifelong learning skills, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as an awareness of professional ethics and global, economic, environmental, and societal issues related to the field of specialization.

5. Encouraging an academic environment that stimulates high-quality development and research.

6. Participating  in activities that enhance the ability of staff and graduates to deal with technological and professional progress.
